Personal/Administrative Assistant (Specialized Role)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Personal/Administrative Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of daily operations, helping ensure runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with internal operations including document prep, spreadsheet maintenance, and filing
  • Supporting social media and marketing efforts across platforms (IG, Facebook, etc.)
  • Drafting professional emails, newsletters, and communication materials
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other key documents
  • Helping track expenses, invoices, and basic financial records
  • Making occasional personal arrangements (i.e., scheduling appointments, placing orders, errands)
  • Supporting event coordination and community outreach efforts
  • Providing general office support to both clinical and administrative teams
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned to support daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a reliable and energetic team player with the following qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace a plus
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin)
  • Professionalism, organization, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior administrative or assistant experience (not required, but a plus!)
  • Interest in business, marketing, finance, ABA therapy, behavioral therapy, etc.
  • Basic social media and content creation skills (Canva, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
