Personality Development Trainer

India

A Personality Development Trainer in a school is responsible for nurturing students’ confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and overall personal growth. The goal is to help students become well-rounded individuals ready for future academic, social, and professional challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive sessions on confidence building, goal setting, leadership, and etiquette.
  • Train students in public speaking, group discussions, and interviews.
  • Teach effective communication, body language, and presentation skills.
  • Encourage positive thinking, self-motivation, and empathy.
  • Organize workshops, role plays, and personality enhancement activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ holistic development.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
  • Understanding of child psychology and student behavior
  • Creativity in designing engaging sessions
  • Patience, empathy, and motivational attitude

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably in Psychology, Education, or HR)
  • Certification in Soft Skills or Personality Development Training (preferred)
  • Experience in teaching, counselling, or training students

Salary will be decided based on Interview and Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
