Personality Development Trainer

Saraswati Vidya Vihar is looking for a confident and dynamic Personality Development Trainer to enhance students’ communication skills, confidence, discipline, and overall personality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personality development and soft-skills training sessions

• Train students in communication, confidence building, body language, and etiquette

• Work on leadership skills, self-discipline, and positive mindset

• Support overall student grooming and character development

• Coordinate with teachers and school management for training outcomes

Eligibility & Skills:

• Relevant training/teaching experience in personality development or soft skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Confident, energetic, and student-friendly approach

Salary:

• ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Location: Bhiwani

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhiwani, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
