Personnel Section Head

  • Carry out all personnel activities, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise the Personnel team and distribute the workload on them
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date filing system for the employees' records (employee files), both paper-based and computer based.
  • Monitor and maintain an up-to-date record for all employees’ attendance, absence levels in each department, and provide statistical data to managers in relation to these.
  • Implement / monitor all required personnel procedures relating to employees' terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with Egyptian legal requirements and best practices.
  • Keep track of leave time for employees, such as vacation, sickness, and absences
