Responsibilities

• Assist licensed pest control technicians with applying pest management solutions to residential or commercial properties
• Support lawn treatment procedures using appropriate products and equipment to promote healthy turf and plant growth
• Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment for treatments or landscaping tasks
• Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify pest activity or lawn health issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and treatment supplies
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols

Experience

• Prior experience in sales, farming, landscaping, agriculture, or outdoor maintenance is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Familiarity with pest control techniques or lawn care practices is advantageous
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment safely
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work outdoors in various weather conditions
