Pest Control Operations Dispatcher

Overview
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused professional to join our team as a dispatch for a local pest control company with a great reputation.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians based on availability, location, and customer needs.
• Coordinate daily service routes and optimize technician efficiency.
• Update job tickets, service notes, and technician statuses in real-time using dispatch software.
• Communicate clearly with the field team to handle delays, reschedules, or urgent requests.
• Communicate estimates to customers based on required services, generate and send invoices and coordinate payments once services are rendered.

What We are looking for:

• 1 + year experience in the pest control field.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft office.
• Comfortable and friendly speaking to customers on the phone with the ability to think on your feet.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
