We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and ambitious individual to join our growing team as a Pest Control Sales & Service Technician. This role combines customer service, sales, and hands-on pest management, giving you the opportunity to build strong customer relationships while helping protect homes and businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues
• Recommend and perform pest and termite treatment services
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
• Generate your own leads and follow up on company-provided leads
• Ask for referrals and identify opportunities for business growth
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment solutions
• Work independently, but with a back up team to support you
• Maintain accurate service records and treatment reports
• Stay current on pest control regulations, products, and best practices
• Perform inspections in crawlspaces and confined areas when necessary
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces and tight spaces when needed
• Experience in construction, lawn care, farm work, or other hands-on trades is a plus
• Pest control experience is preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Requirements

• Must pass a background screening
• Must pass a drug test
• Must have a good driving record
