Pest Control Supervisor

LOLAAB Enterprises is seeking a Pest Control Supervisor to manage and oversee pest control operations on behalf of our client in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pest control operations at client sites.
• Implement and manage HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols as required by the client.
• Train and mentor staff on pest control procedures, ensuring adherence to client standards.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain comprehensive documentation for client review.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and client requests simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Zoology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Entomology is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HACCP implementation.
• Experience in staff training, monthly reporting, and documentation, ideally in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to handle and oversee multiple projects efficiently.
