About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pest Control Supervisor to lead our field technicians and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of pest control procedures, UAE regulations, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pest control technicians
• Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs to the team
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance
• Ensure all treatments are performed following Dubai Municipality and UAE safety standards
• Train new technicians on procedures, equipment, and chemical handling
• Maintain service quality and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Ensure proper documentation, reports, and service records
• Monitor pesticide stock, equipment maintenance, and vehicle readiness
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the team complies with all HSE requirements
• Communicate job progress and challenges to management
• Support the company in identifying new business opportunities
• Communicate with customers to upsell services and promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
• Assist management in preparing quotations when required
• Maintain positive client relationships for repeat business
• Help promote company services during site visits and inspections
• Represent the company professionally to enhance brand reputation

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Pest Control Supervisor or Senior Technician
• Valid Dubai Municipality Pest Control Supervisor Card (required)
• Knowledge of pest management techniques, pesticides, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and handle field operations independently
• Good English communication; Arabic is a plus
• UAE driving license (preferred)
