Pest Control Supervisor

Job Description:

ServiceCo is seeking an experienced Pest Control Supervisor to lead and manage pest control operations across residential, commercial, and food-related facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Qatar Municipality regulations, HACCP standards, and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pest control operations and field technicians
• Conduct inspections, identify infestations, and recommend treatment plans
• Ensure correct application of pesticides and IPM practices
• Monitor service quality, safety, hygiene, and PPE compliance
• Prepare service reports, inspection records, and client feedback
• Coordinate with clients regarding findings, sanitation, and proofing
• Train and guide technicians to maintain service standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the pest control field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, IPM, and Municipality regulations
• Valid Qatar Manual Driving License – Mandatory
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to manage teams, schedules, and client expectations
• Preferred - Related Degree (Entomology, Biology, Environmental Science, or similar)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in food establishments, hotels, and commercial facilities
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
