Pest Control Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pest Control Supervisor to lead field operations, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality pest control services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical pest control knowledge, and the ability to maintain safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily pest control operations and field technicians
• Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestation issues
• Ensure proper application of pesticides and pest control treatments
• Monitor technician performance and provide training when needed
• Maintain service schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Handle client concerns professionally and provide effective solutions
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records
• Manage inventory of chemicals, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and used properly

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control services
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Knowledge of pest control chemicals, methods, and safety procedures
• Valid pest control certification/license is an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple teams
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
• Basic computer and reporting skills
