Job Title: Pest Control Supervisor

Location: Muscat, Oman

Department: Environmental Services / Pest Control Division

Job Summary:

The Pest Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all pest control operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant pest management services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The role includes supervising technicians, planning field operations, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pest control operations across multiple sites.
• Assign tasks to Pest Control Technicians and monitor performance.
• Conduct site inspections and identify pest infestations and treatment requirements.
• Prepare and implement pest control treatment plans based on site conditions.
• Ensure safe handling and application of pesticides in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records of chemicals used, service reports, and client feedback.
• Ensure all technicians follow Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) procedures.
• Train junior technicians on pest control techniques and safety standards.
• Respond to emergency pest infestation cases.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor inventory of pesticides, equipment, and protective gear.
• Report operational performance to Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in pest control operations (preferably in GCC).
• Strong knowledge of pesticides, chemicals, and application methods.
• Experience supervising field technicians.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and confined work safety.
• Ability to handle client communication professionally.
• Valid pest control certification (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
