Pest Control Technician/Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pest control - 5 - 10 Years
• Able to communicate in verbal & written English
• Local hires only (Doha, Qatar)

Pest Control Technician cum Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and emergency inspections of buildings, food-handling areas, and surrounding environments to identify signs of pest infestation in accordance with Qatar Municipality regulations.
• Assess infestation levels and determine appropriate treatment plans compliant with HACCP and food safety standards, especially in food preparation, storage, and Ready-to-Eat areas.
• Implement approved Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, including the safe placement of traps, baits, and monitoring devices.
• Apply municipality-approved pesticides safely and effectively, ensuring correct dosage, application methods, and adherence to Qatar Ministry of Municipality guidelines.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, food safety, and environmental health requirements during pest control operations at commercial and food-related facilities.
• Supervise and guide technicians during treatments to ensure proper procedures, PPE usage, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate service reports, treatment records, MSDS documentation, and logs for inspections and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, facility managers to explain findings, treatments applied, and preventive recommendations.
• Conduct follow-up inspections and monitoring to prevent recurrence and maintain pest-free environments.
• Ensure all pest control activities align with service contracts, municipality requirements, and client food safety policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
