Key Responsibilities Inspection & Assessment Conduct thorough site inspections to identify pest activity, entry points, and infestation levels. Evaluate the type of pest and determine the most effective treatment method. Treatment & Control Apply pesticides, traps, and other control measures safely and effectively. Follow approved pest management techniques in compliance with health and safety standards. Prevention & Maintenance Recommend preventive measures to clients to reduce future infestations. Schedule and perform regular follow-up treatments when required. Safety & Compliance Handle chemicals and equipment responsibly, ensuring adherence to safety procedures. Maintain accurate service records and comply with local regulations and company policies. Customer Service Communicate clearly with clients regarding the treatment process, safety instructions, and aftercare. Build trust by providing professional advice and maintaining a polite, customer-focused attitude. Equipment & Reporting Maintain tools, spray units, and protective gear in proper working condition. Record all activities, chemicals used, and observations in detailed service reports.
