Pesticide / Pest Control Technician

Job Purpose

Affordable Group Of Companies is looking for a hardworking and reliable Pesticide Technician to join our team. The primary role is to carry out pest control treatments at residential, commercial, and industrial sites to ensure a pest-free environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of client premises to identify signs of pest activity (cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, etc.).
• Treatment: Apply approved pesticides, baits, and chemicals safely according to supervisor instructions and safety standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all sprayers, fogging machines, and tools are cleaned and in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Always wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handle chemicals with care to avoid contamination.
• Reporting: Maintain simple daily logs of work completed and the amount of chemical used at each site.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional and polite attitude when interacting with tenants or site managers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification:
• Option A: Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Card holder (Preferred).
• Option B: Non-approved candidates (Fresh or experienced) willing to learn and sit for the DM exam.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in pest control or building maintenance.
• Language: Basic English (speaking/understanding); knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions or within tight indoor spaces.
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions strictly and a strong attention to detail.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Transportation to and from work sites is provided by the company.
• Company accommodation is provided.
• Shift-based work (may include weekends or evening shifts depending on client needs).
• Salary - 1000 AED per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED1,000.00 per month
