Job Summary

Are you a passionate animal lover with a strong work ethic? We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Kennel Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our pet care operations, ensuring that our furry guests enjoy a clean, safe, and happy environment. The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty and genuinely cares about the well-being of dogs and cats.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sanitation & Cleanliness

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the facility, including kennels and common areas.
• Promptly scoop, clean, and sanitize after dogs and cats to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store food and water bowls.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as laundry (pet bedding and towels), sweeping, and mopping.

2. Pet Care & Hygiene

• Feed and water pets according to strict dietary schedules and specific owner instructions.
• Monitor pets' appetite, behavior, and physical condition, and report any concerns to management.
• Provide basic hygiene care, such as Washing , brushing coats, wiping paws, and wiping down messy pets as needed.

3. Exercise & Enrichment

• Provide adequate exercise, playtime, and potty breaks for dogs in designated play areas.
• Give individualized attention, love, and mental stimulation to both dogs and cats to reduce boarding stress.
• Ensure all animals are handled safely during transfers and playtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Deep love for animals and comfort handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments.
• Customer service Experience to attend customer inquiries on Social media leads.
• Basic Computer skills (Microsoft excel) to manage boarding schedules and manage check ins and check outs .
• Fluent Written and Spoken English
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding feeding schedules and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a kennel, vet clinic, or animal shelter is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Immediate Hire

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
