At PAWSitive Solutions, LLC, we aren't a faceless, gig-economy app service. We are a premier, professional in-home care provider led by a Veterinary Technician with 20+ years of experience. Our mission is to provide "total peace of mind" to our neighbors in Northwest Charlotte, offering expert care for everything from playful puppies and senior dogs to cats and unique exotic pets.

We are looking for dedicated Professional Pet Sitters & Dog Walkers who live near our core service hub to help us maintain the gold standard of local pet care.

Choose Your Path: Flexible Service Roles

We design your routes and schedule based on your availability and the shifting needs of our clients. Our primary service roles include:

• Daily Dog Walking & Mid-Day Visits: Manage 1–4 visits per day (typically between 10 AM – 2 PM) focused on mid-day exercise, fresh water updates, feeding, and mental enrichment.
• Full-Service Pet & Cat Sitting: Provide comprehensive drop-in care throughout the day, including essential morning, dinner, and bedtime rotations for dogs, cats, and exotics. (We have a high demand for team members who are comfortable with feline care, routine management, and enrichment!)
• Professional Overnights: Provide a dedicated 10-hour stay (9 PM – 7 AM) in a client’s home for overnight companionship, evening/morning routines, and home security.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• Local Roots: You must live directly within zip codes 28214, 28216, 28269, or 28120. We prioritize candidates located within these specific zip codes to ensure efficient travel times.
• Professional Integrity: You take safety seriously, can provide excellent professional references, and are able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• The Logistics: You own a smartphone with a reliable data plan and a dependable, insured personal vehicle.
• The Commitment: You are ready to commit to our team for at least 6 months to provide vital consistency for our regular clients. This position includes a shared rotation of weekends and holidays.
