Drive to clients’ homes to care for a variety of pets (dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, etc.)
Provide feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, and medications as instructed
Use an app to check in and out at visits, access client and pet information, and upload detailed journal entries
Ensure safety at all times—yours and the pets’
Follow detailed care instructions and keep client information confidential
At least 18 years old & eligible to work in the U.S.
Your own reliable and insured vehicle + smartphone
Strong written and verbal communication, detail oriented, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and provide excellent customer service
This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed. These hours are subject to change at any time depending on business needs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
This role involves driving between clients’ homes and spending time outdoors in all weather conditions. While providing care to a variety of animals, you may be required to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. You must be able to lift/move at least 25 pounds.
