​West Metro Pet Care is looking for a Pet Care Specialist to join our team. This isn't just "walking dogs"—it is a high-responsibility role ensuring the physical health, mental stimulation, and safety of our clients' most beloved companions. We are looking for someone who loves the outdoors, understands dog behavior, and wants to represent the most trusted pet care team in the West Metro.

​Job Expectations
​Precision & Safety: Follow precise walking routes and safety protocols for each dog; feel confident managing various temperaments and sizes on a leash.
​Health & Hydration: Feel comfortable measuring and administering food, water, and medications as part of the visit.
​Physicality: Ability to walk long distances (in all Minnesota weather) and lift 50+ lbs.
​Tech & Navigation: Must use a smartphone for GPS tracking, photos, and client journals. You will navigate to specific directions using your personal vehicle and our specialized app.
