Pet Groomer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality grooming services including bathing, styling, nail trimming, and teeth brushing for a variety of pets.
• Ensure pets are handled with care, compassion, and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic grooming area and workspace.
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with pet owners, understanding their needs, and offering expert grooming advice.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and process customer payments accurately.
• Support other team members and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in attracting and retaining new customers through exceptional service and grooming marketing tools.
• Utilize technology and digital tools effectively to manage appointments, records, and promotions.
• Take initiative to perform additional tasks as needed to contribute to overall shop success.

Qualifications:

• Previous grooming experience or formal grooming training preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pet-focused environment.
• Basic computer literacy is a plus.
• A genuine love for animals and a strong sense of responsibility.
