What We Offer You (Pay & Perks)

We value dependable people, especially those willing to cover high-demand times, so we offer great pay:

• Your Base Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Bonus Earning Potential: Earn a premium $20.00 per hour for shifts completed during nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Job Type: Flexible, part-time hours, offering consistent work year-round.

The Day-to-Day: Being a Pet Nanny

You will travel throughout Sumner County to client homes, acting as a reliable, loving presence for pets while their owners are away. Your main goal is the safety and happiness of every animal you visit.

Your Primary Duties Include:

• Making sure dogs get safe, timely walks and outdoor breaks.
• Giving cats and other small pets quality playtime and company.
• Following detailed notes perfectly—this includes feeding schedules, giving medications, and special instructions.
• Providing dedicated, attentive care during each visit (which usually lasts between 15 and 60 minutes).

We Need You Available During These Key Times

We need Nannies who can reliably cover our busiest times. Commitment to working weekends and holidays is a requirement.

• Mornings: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Midday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Evenings: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

A Few Things You Must Have

This job requires independence and dependability, so please ensure you meet these minimum standards before applying:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a strong, genuine affection and comfort level with both dogs and cats.
• You need your own reliable, insured vehicle. This is a mobile role—you'll be driving between homes daily!
• You must be okay with working outdoors in all types of weather.
• You need to be a responsible, self-starting individual who can work without direct supervision.
