Job Title: Pet Nanny (PART-TIME NO GUARANTEED HOURS)

Southern Paws Pet Sitting is expanding our team! We are looking for dependable, compassionate animal lovers in Sumner County to join us as professional Pet Nannies. Pay & Perks

• Paid Training: $8.00 per hour
• Base Rate: $15.00 per hour (once training is fully completed)
• Premium Rate: $5.00 additional per hour (earned during nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Job Type: Flexible, permanent part-time schedule year-round.

The Daily Routine

As a Pet Nanny, you will travel directly to client homes throughout Sumner County to keep pets safe, happy, and loved while their owners are out. Our visits typically range from 15 to 60 minutes.

• Provide dogs with safe, routine walks and necessary outdoor time.
• Ensure precise feeding schedules, give medications, and follow customized care instructions perfectly.
• Keep cats and small pets entertained with interactive playtime and affection.

When We Need You

We are looking for team members who can consistently cover our high-demand hours. Please note that weekend and holiday availability is a requirement for this position.

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Midday Shift: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What We Look For

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A true passion for animals and absolute comfort handling both dogs and cats.
• A reliable, insured personal vehicle (this role requires driving between locations daily).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• An independent, trustworthy self-starter who excels without direct supervision.
