Pet Shop Executive / Pet Store Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pet Shop Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a pet shop and strong knowledge of pet products and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with pet food, accessories, and general pet care products
• Provide basic guidance on pet nutrition and product usage
• Handle daily shop operations including billing, stocking, and display
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pet shop
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment
• Ensure excellent customer service and repeat business
• Follow company policies and safety standards

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience working in a Pet Shop
• Knowledge of pet food, accessories, and basic pet care
• Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Physically fit to handle shop duties

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in pet food brands and accessories
• Sales or retail background
• Passion for animals
