Pet Sitter/Dog Walker

Creature Comforts of Charlotte Pet Sitting is seeking two dependable Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers to join our team.

Do you love animals, enjoy working independently, and appreciate a flexible schedule? This may be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience caring for pets is helpful but not required. The most important qualifications are reliability, honesty, punctuality, and a genuine love of animals.

The position involves caring for pets in their homes while their owners are away. Duties include feeding, walking, providing companionship, administering basic care and sending updates and photos by text.

This is an independent contractor position with flexible part-time hours available immediately. Please note, the position requires significant driving throughout the Charlotte area. Successful candidates are self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

Requirements:

• Genuine love of animals
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Smartphone with camera and texting capabilities
• Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to follow detailed client instructions

This position is often an excellent fit for retirees, semi-retired individuals, empty nesters or those seeking supplemental income with a flexible schedule. It may also be a great fit for individuals who prefer independent work over a traditional office environment.
