Pet Sitting Contractor Position

Join a high-functioning pet care team where quality, responsibility, and professionalism matter. We are looking for reliable, proactive pet sitting contractors who take pride in giving pets exceptional care and clients peace of mind. This is not a typical gig-based dog walking job. We are a serious, growth-minded pet care company looking for people who show up, follow through, communicate well, and handle responsibility with confidence.
The right person is a go-getter, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about animals. You should be comfortable working independently, following specific instructions, and representing our company with professionalism at every visit.

Who This Is NOT For:

We are not a gig-based service, and this role is not for everyone. This is likely not a fit if you are looking for something casual, inconsistent, or low-responsibility.
If you prefer flexible, “take it or leave it” work, struggle with attention to detail, or are not available during high-demand times (like holidays), this will not align well. We’re building a team of dependable professionals—people who take ownership, follow through, and take pride in doing things right.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality pet sitting and/or dog walking services.

Follow client instructions exactly.

Care for pets with professionalism, patience, and consistency.

Send updates and visit reports as required. Maintain clean, secure, and respectful care of client homes.

Perform light home care tasks such as mail retrieval, watering plants, bringing trash cans to/from the curb, and light cleaning in high-traffic areas.

Compensation:

Contractor pay is expected to average $200–$300 bi-weekly, depending on availability, assignments, and performance.
