Pet Waste Removal Technician

Crew Cut Lawns is looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our growing Pet Waste Service Division.

This position starts part time and transitions into full time as the season picks up.

Position Overview
You will use company vehicles and equipment to service residential properties by removing pet waste. This role offers an independent, self-paced work environment while maintaining a professional and friendly presence with customers.

Schedule
This position begins part time (approximately 15 hours per week, 3 days per week, about 5 hours per day) and transitions to full time from late April through October (Monday through Friday, 6 to 8 hours per day, 30 to 40 hours per week).

Pay
$24.00–$26.00 per hour depending on experience

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
Drive company vehicles to scheduled residential stops
Spend approximately 10 to 20 minutes per property removing pet waste using provided tools
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Provide friendly and respectful service to customers
Follow daily routes and complete all assigned stops
