Job Title: Field Service Technician (Pet Waste Management)

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This is a high-autonomy role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and managing their own schedule. You will follow optimized routes to provide top-tier pet waste removal services for our residential and HOA clients.

Schedule & Hours

• Primary Day: Tuesdays (Long route, approximately 5–7 hours).
• Additional Work: Mondays (Potential HOA cleanups, approx. 2 hours) and occasional Friday availability.
• Flexibility: You have the freedom to start your route whenever you like, provided all scheduled cleanups are completed by the end of the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Drive to client locations and perform thorough pet waste removal.
• Route Management: Use our CRM software to access your weekly schedule and follow optimized, fuel-efficient routes.
• Customer Communication: Use the app to notify customers when you are "on the way" and upload a photo of the completed work after each visit.
• Equipment Handling: Safely transport waste using a small trailer (hitch and trailer provided and installed by the company).

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable vehicle suitable for a daily route.
• Hitch Compatibility: You must be comfortable with the company attaching a hitch and small trailer to your vehicle for waste removal.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use a smartphone and CRM app for routing and client updates.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet, walking, and lifting for several hours at a time in various weather conditions.
• Dependability: A "get it done" attitude with a commitment to showing up on your scheduled days.
