Job Summary: Petition Circulator (1099 Contract Position)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Petition Circulators for a statewide ballot initiative. In this role, you will engage directly with the public to collect valid signatures from registered voters, helping to move important issues forward through grassroots participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the community to promote the ballot initiative.
• Clearly educate and inform individuals about the petition’s purpose, goals, and importance.
• Collect valid signatures from registered voters.
• Maintain accurate and organized petition records.
• Ensure full compliance with state petitioning laws and guidelines.
• Provide respectful, professional, and persuasive customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in canvassing, petitioning, sales, or fundraising preferred.
• Strong people skills and ability to persuade and engage effectively.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing or public engagement techniques.
• High attention to detail for maintaining accurate data.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Seasonal, Temporary, Contract (1099), Full-time or Part-time
• Compensation: $4.00 per signature
• Benefits: Weekly pay and flexible scheduling
• Schedule Options: Morning shift, evening shift, choose your own hours
• Location: Statewide (Limited openings available)
