PEZ seeks Fantastic Servers

Are you an amazing server looking to work in a great space with a wonderful team?

PEZ, a New Mexican coastal restaurant by Chef Efren Hernandez and Rivertown Lodge is opening in May 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Good servers will be able to exceed customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve dinner, brunch and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Plan and present menu
• provide wonderful service
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• have a good personality and sense of humor.
• able to describe food with excitement

Skills

• proven working experience as a server
• Excellent knowledge of steps of service
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work clean.
• funny and fun to work with.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
