The PGA Teaching professional will split their duty time between a golf operational capacity and a teaching professional. Ultimately responsible for growing the game and developing interest in the new Top Tracer facility at Al Mouj Golf.
General Duties:
o Planning and preparing seasonal coaching programs and promotions
o Academy revenues, budget and profitability
o Academy, range presentation
o Controlling academy inventory of stock including rental equipment, range balls, teaching
equipment etc
o Controlling academy diary and commission reports
o Academy marketing planning and implementation
o Delivering coaching programs to individuals and groups
o Preparing and proposing event schedules for approval by golf operations manager
o Running of golf events relevant to the Top Tracer facility (member, open, society and
corporate) to include - event planning, scheduling, advertising, preparation, trophies and prizes
o Event budgets
o Post event updates through social media channels and press releases
o Preparing function/event sheets
o In charge of prize presentations

Education and Experience:
o PGA qualified professional
o Level 3 or 4 coach
o 2-3 years in teaching
o Digital coaching
o Managing an Academy

o Golf instruction
o Professionalism and enthusiasm
o People management
Language Ability:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
