Job Description:

Gateway Group of Schools is looking for a passionate and experienced PGT Accountancy teacher for its Neelankarai CBSE campus. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum and possess a deep understanding of Accountancy concepts to engage senior secondary students effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the CBSE Accountancy curriculum for Grades 11 and 12.
• Prepare and implement lesson plans, assessments, and projects that promote critical thinking and application-based learning.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide academic goals and participate in faculty development programs.
• Maintain discipline and promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) with a B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in Accountancy at the PGT level under the CBSE curriculum.
• Strong subject knowledge with excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for blended learning is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
