Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Commerce / Accountancy (M.Com) or equivalent from a recognized university
• B.Ed. or equivalent professional teaching qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Teach Accountancy to senior secondary classes (XI–XII) as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured lesson plans focusing on core accounting concepts, financial statements, GST, company accounts, and partnership accounts.
• Conduct regular assessments, maintain student records, and evaluate academic performance.
• Use practical examples, case studies, and digital tools to strengthen conceptual clarity.
• Guide students in solving numerical problems, preparing for board exams, and developing strong analytical skills.
• Provide extra academic support to students as needed, especially during exam preparation.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, PTMs, and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning, examination work, and academic improvement strategies.
