Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Curriculum: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 11 & 12 based on CBSE/ICSE/State board syllabi, covering core accounting concepts.
• Assessment & Feedback: Conduct tests, assignments, and evaluations; provide constructive feedback to students.
• Student Support: Mentor students for board exams and competitive exams, offering academic guidance.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive, effective learning atmosphere.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student records (attendance, grades).
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues on curriculum, activities, and school events like parent-teacher meetings.
• Innovation: Incorporate technology and modern teaching techniques.

Qualifications & Skills (Typical)

• Education: Postgraduate in Commerce/Accountancy (M.Com) with B.Ed..
• Experience: Previous teaching experience (often 3-5 years) is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent subject knowledge, strong communication, ability to create engaging materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
