PGT - AI & IP Teacher (XI - XII)

The Shri Ram Universal School, Hyderabad invites applications for the position of PGT - AI & IP Teacher (Artificial Intelligence & Informatics Practices).

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and dedicated PGT – AI & Informatics Practices Teacher who can inspire senior secondary students (Grades XI & XII) and deliver strong conceptual and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Informatics Practices as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology education and capable of preparing students for academic excellence and future-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Informatics Practices (IP) to Grades XI and XII in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, hands-on, and concept-driven lessons integrating theory and practical applications.
• Develop instructional materials, lab activities, projects, and assessments aligned with CBSE learning outcomes.
• Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving, computational thinking, and ethical use of technology among students.
• Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board Examinations, including theory, practicals, and project work.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, practical evaluations, and projects.
• Provide academic mentoring and individualized support to students as needed.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, data handling, and computer applications relevant to the CBSE syllabus.
• Collaborate with senior school faculty for academic planning, curriculum implementation, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, and academic development programs.

Qualifications & ExperienceEducational Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Artificial Intelligence / Data Science or a related subject – Preferred

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching AI and/or Informatics Practices to Grades XI & XII

Location Preference

• Local candidates from Hyderabad will be preferred and considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
