Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology to teach senior secondary students (Classes 9th to 12th) as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Biology to Classes 9th to 12th in accordance with the CBSE syllabus and guidelines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons using effective teaching methodologies.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct practical classes, laboratory work, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Evaluate student performance through tests, exams, and practical assessments.
• Provide academic support, doubt-clearing sessions, and guidance to students.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and other competitive exams (as applicable).
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessment, and student progress.
• Participate in school activities, staff meetings, training programs, and professional development.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ academic progress.
• Uphold school discipline, values, and CBSE academic standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences or a related subject.
• B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination pattern.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sikar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
