Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our CBSE school in Coimbatore for the next academic year. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and experience handling senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII) under the CBSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with board requirements.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Prepare students for board examinations with effective exam-oriented strategies.
• Evaluate and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate academic records and prepare progress reports.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and school activities.
• Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, examination patterns, and subject advancements.

Requirements:

• MSc in Chemistry (Mandatory).
• BEd degree (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience as a PGT Chemistry Teacher in a CBSE school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Experience in handling board exam batches with proven results preferred.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring senior secondary students.
