Job Title: High School Computer Teacher (CBSE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and technology-driven Computer Teacher to teach Classes Vl–X as per the curriculum prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The candidate will be responsible for teaching computer applications, programming, and information technology concepts while fostering digital literacy and practical skills among students.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Computer Science / IT lessons according to CBSE guidelines.
• Teach topics such as Computer Fundamentals, MS Office, Internet Applications, Python, Data Handling, Cyber Safety, and Database Concepts (as per class level).
• Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Conduct theory and practical examinations.
• Guide students in lab sessions and ensure proper usage of computer systems.
• Prepare students for CBSE board examinations and practical assessments.
• Maintain computer lab discipline and equipment records.
• Update knowledge with the latest technologies and CBSE syllabus changes.
• Support students in IT-related competitions and projects.
• Communicate student progress with parents and school authorities.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory for teaching positions in CBSE schools).
• Master’s Degree (MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science) preferred for Senior Secondary.
• CTET/TET qualification (as applicable).
• 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python preferred as per CBSE syllabus).
• Familiarity with CBSE examination pattern and practical file requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, networking basics, and database concepts.
• Classroom and lab management skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cyber safety and digital ethics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
