Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Economics to teach senior secondary classes (Grades XI & XII). The candidate should be passionate about teaching, academically strong, and capable of preparing students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics to Grades XI and XII (CBSE curriculum).
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with CBSE guidelines.
• Conduct classroom lectures, discussions, and interactive sessions.
• Prepare students for board examinations with structured revision plans.
• Design question papers, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic records and student progress reports.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
• Integrate real-world economic examples and current affairs into lessons.
• Encourage analytical thinking and conceptual clarity.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Post Graduate (M.A.) in Economics (mandatory).
• B.Ed. degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes.
• Strong command of CBSE curriculum and board exam pattern.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in reputed CBSE schools.
• Ability to mentor students for competitive exams.
• Strong academic record.
• Passion for student development and innovative teaching.

Salary:

As per school norms and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
