4. **Evaluator** – Assess progress through tests and feedback.

5. **Motivator** – Inspire a love for language and literature.

**Responsibilities:**

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons.

- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage participation.

- Assess student progress through tests and assignments.

- Teach literature, writing, and speaking skills.

- Use technology for interactive learning.

- Stay updated with teaching strategies.

- Collaborate with parents and staff for student development.
