PGT English Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate PGT English Teacher to teach senior secondary classes (XI & XII). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to excel in academics as well as in language and literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature to Classes XI & XII in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans that foster analytical, critical thinking, and creative expression.
• Guide students in enhancing reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.
• Prepare students for board exams through structured teaching, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Organize debates, elocutions, drama, and other literary activities to promote language skills.
• Evaluate and assess students’ performance through assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain discipline, classroom management, and academic excellence.
• Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic growth.
• Support students with remedial teaching and mentoring as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in English with B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to integrate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and interactive learning.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
