Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Teacher to join our school in Barnala. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English to students up to Class 8.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Evaluate and monitor students’ academic progress.
• Encourage student participation and language skill development.
• Maintain discipline and a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration for academic improvement.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate degree in English or a related subject.
• B.Ed qualification is mandatory.
• 1–4 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualification)
