PGT English Teacher

Peevees Public School invites applications from qualified and experienced PGT English Teachers with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in the CBSE curriculum. The candidate should be passionate about literature and language teaching, capable of handling senior secondary classes, and committed to academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university
• B.Ed. (mandatory)
• CTET qualification (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at senior secondary level
• Proven experience teaching CBSE curriculum
• Experience handling Classes XI & XII

Key Responsibilities

• Teach English for senior secondary classes as per CBSE guidelines
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments
• Guide students in language skills, literature, and exam preparation
• Evaluate answer scripts and provide timely feedback
• Participate in academic planning, examinations, and school activities
• Encourage critical thinking, communication skills, and creativity
