Job Description:
P&C Academy is in search of a dynamic and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of English to join our esteemed faculty. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for literature and language and will be dedicated to instilling the same passion in our students. They should align with our vision of providing holistic education and be committed to nurturing students to become successful individuals in society.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student motivation and support.
• Teach various aspects of English, including literature, language skills, critical analysis, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Employ a variety of instructional methods and resources to enhance student learning and achievement.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum, assessments, and teaching materials.
• Actively participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in English education.
• Contribute to the overall academic and co-curricular programs of the academy by engaging in school events, committees, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in English or a related field from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 1 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE or ICSE affiliated school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for instructional purposes.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in English education.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
