Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have prior teaching experience, a strong command of the Hindi language, and the ability to engage students effectively in a classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for middle and high school students (Grades 6 to 10).
• Develop lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE/State Board, as applicable).
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
• Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to parents and school management.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Encourage students to take part in Hindi language activities such as debates, poetry recitation, and essay writing competitions.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance language learning.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) with B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.
• Classroom management and interpersonal skills.
