Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics to teach students of Classes 8 to 10 (CBSE curriculum). The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, problem-solving expertise, and the ability to make Mathematics engaging and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, mensuration, statistics, and probability as per CBSE curriculum
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, practice sheets, and activities
• Strengthen students’ problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prepare students for school exams and CBSE board examinations
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions
• Use visual methods, models, and digital tools for better understanding
• Evaluate answer scripts and provide individual feedback
• Maintain academic records, performance analysis, and progress reports
• Support remedial classes and advanced learners
• Participate in school academic events and competitions

Qualifications Required

• Postgraduate degree in Mathematics (MSc Mathematics)
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools (preferred)
• Freshers with strong conceptual knowledge may also apply

• Strong conceptual and numerical ability
• Excellent teaching and explanation skills
• Ability to simplify complex problems step-by-step
• Strong classroom management and communication
• Knowledge of CBSE exam pattern and marking scheme
• Basic knowledge of smart boards, Excel, and digital tools

Work Details

• Position: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: School Campus

Salary Range

• Starting from 40k

• Organize or support math clubs and academic activities
• Assist in school admissions and promotional events
