Teaching Responsibilities (PGT Mathematics)
- Teach Mathematics to Senior Secondary classes (XI & XII) as per CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, and daily teaching plans aligned with academic goals.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Track and analyze student performance data to improve academic outcomes.
- Provide remedial classes and academic support to slow learners and enrichment support to advanced learners.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom instruction.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
B. Academic Coordination Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in academic planning and execution of the academic calendar.
- Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure syllabus completion within timelines.
- Monitor lesson plans, teaching quality, and classroom effectiveness.
- Conduct academic review meetings and provide feedback to faculty members.
- Support in organizing examinations, result analysis, and academic reporting.
- Ensure compliance with board guidelines and institutional policies.
- Mentor teachers for professional development and pedagogical improvement.
- Coordinate inter-school competitions, Olympiads, workshops, and academic events.
- Maintain academic records and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc. Mathematics)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience at Senior Secondary level
- Prior experience in academic coordination (preferred)
