Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics (B.Sc. Physics)
- B.Ed. – Mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at middle / secondary level (CBSE preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics for Classes VI to XII as per CBSE curriculum
- Plan and deliver concept-based and activity-oriented lessons
- Conduct laboratory experiments and ensure lab safety compliance
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids aligned with CBSE guidelines
- Assess, evaluate, and maintain accurate academic records
- Prepare students for internal exams and board-oriented assessments
- Use demonstrations, models, and real-life applications to explain concepts
- Provide remedial and enrichment support based on student learning needs
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster scientific temperament
- Participate in academic meetings, trainings, and school events
- Communicate with parents regarding academic progress
- Follow school policies, CBSE norms, and academic timelines
