Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics to teach students of Classes 8 to 10. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual clarity, practical teaching ability, and a passion for making Physics interesting and easy to understand for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics concepts (motion, force, energy, electricity, magnetism, light, etc.) as per CBSE/State/ICSE curriculum
• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans and demonstrations
• Conduct laboratory experiments and practical sessions
• Develop students’ analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prepare students for school exams and board examinations
• Design worksheets, assignments, and assessments
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback
• Maintain lab records, student records, and academic reports
• Use smart boards, simulations, and digital tools for better understanding
• Participate in science exhibitions, fairs, and school activities

Qualifications Required

• Postgraduate degree in Physics (MSc Physics)
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferred)
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply

Skills Required

• Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics
• Excellent teaching and explanation skills
• Ability to simplify numerical and theoretical concepts
• Good laboratory handling and safety knowledge
• Strong communication and classroom management
• Basic knowledge of digital teaching tools and simulations

Work Details

• Position: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location: School Campus

Salary Range

• Starting from 40k

Additional Expectations

• Conduct parent-teacher meetings
• Prepare students for Olympiads, NTSE, and science competitions
• Organize or support science exhibitions and lab activities
• Support school admissions and promotional events
