Job Title: PGT Physics Teacher

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: 2 – 4 years

Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Physics with B.Ed. (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage students in higher-level Physics concepts with clarity and enthusiasm.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons as per curriculum guidelines.
• Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student performance.
• Encourage analytical and critical thinking through practical experiments and problem-solving.
• Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
• Provide academic support, guidance, and mentoring to students.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to improve teaching strategies.
• Participate in school activities, parent meetings, and staff development programs.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong command over Physics concepts (both theoretical and practical).
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Proficiency in using smart classroom tools and digital resources.
• Prior teaching experience of 2–4 years as a Physics teacher (PGT level preferred).
