Job Summary:Responsible for delivering high-quality physics education to senior secondary students (Classes 11 & 12), developing strong conceptual understanding, practical skills, and preparing them for academic excellence in board exams .

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching & Curriculum: Deliver structured, engaging lessons aligned with CBSE/relevant curriculum, covering complex physics concepts.
• Lesson Planning: Develop innovative lesson plans, teaching aids, and differentiated strategies for diverse learners.
• Laboratory Work: Plan, conduct, and supervise practical experiments, ensuring safety and effective learning.
• Assessment: Design and grade assignments, projects, tests, and provide timely feedback.
• Student Development: Mentor students, foster critical thinking, and support their overall academic and personal growth.

• Technology Integration: Utilize smart classrooms, interactive platforms, and modern pedagogical tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics (or equivalent) and B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Experience: Proven experience teaching senior secondary levels (Classes 11 & 12).
• Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual clarity and strong command of physics principles and numerical problems.
• Pedagogical Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, and ability to inspire students.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern teaching aids and educational technology.
• Attributes: Patience, innovation, passion for physics, and ability to connect with students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
